World’s fastest accelerating Electric Car debuts at Hyderabad E-Motor show

The Telangana government launched the world’s fastest accelerating car: the pure-electric hyper CT Battista for the first time in India as part of the E-Motor Show.

Battista’s debut at the Hyderabad E-Motor Show as part of the E-Mobility Week marks an important milestone as the city prepares for India’s first Formula E Grand Prix on February 11.

Automobili Pininfarina, the Italian luxury car brand fully owned by Mahindra & Mahindra, designed, developed, and manufactured the Battista.

Battista is a concept masterpiece

The Battista incorporates the pinnacle of iconic Italian design with unprecedented EV performance, providing a clear synergy with the Telangana Government’s progressive vision. 

The car is a concept masterpiece, the most powerful vehicle ever produced in Italy, and the world’s fastest-accelerating car.

Sujai Karampuri, Director of Electronics, Semiconductors, and Advanced Chemistry Cell for the Government of Telangana, unveiled the vehicle in the presence of Mahindra & Mahindra CEO Gurpratap Boparai, and Automobili Pininfarina CEO Paolo Dellacha.

“Telangana has always stood for development and innovation with sustainability at its core,” Sujai Karampuri stated at the event.

Nio EP9 : 2.7sec.
Faraday Future FF91 : 2.3sec.
Tesla Roadster :1.9sec.
Rimac C_Two :1.85sec.

Pininfarina Battista : 1.79sec.
Aspark Owl :1.72sec.

The Hyderabad E-Motor Show

The Hyderabad E-Motor show will be held from the 8th to the 10th of February 2023 at the Hitex Exhibition Centre, with commercial EVs, energy storage organizations, charging infrastructure and EV component manufacturers, and businesses from these segments showcasing their products over a 10,500 sq. m. 

The E-Motor Show is a platform for domestic and international electric vehicle participants to demonstrate their capabilities and strengths to the world.
