American automaker Jeep has disclosed the official price of its first all-electric Jeep Avenger EV in the United Kingdom. As per its online configurator, the Avenger 1st edition has a base price of £36,500 ($45,219) and is expected to hit the market in March.
Performance
The Jeep Avenger EV has a 248-mile WLTP range. It is powered by a 100-kWh battery with 156 horsepower and a 9-second 0-60 mph time.
With a DC fast charger, replenishing the Avenger to 80% capacity would only take 30 minutes. Additionally, fast charging would provide an extra 18 miles in just three minutes.
The Avenger, a compact crossover, is built on the same chassis as the Peugeot e-2008 and the Vauxhall/Opel Mokka Electric.
Exterior and Interior
The silhouette of the Jeep Avenger is unique and powerful. The classic Jeep® aesthetic served as inspiration for its dynamic style.
It is equipped with 18″ alloy wheels and 360° body protection. Remarkably, The Avenger stands out with its distinctive seven-slot grille, contrasting black roof, and front and rear full-LED headlights.
As for the interior, Jeep Avenger is designed to offer a smart storage solution for its customers. Its warm, comfortable seats are crafted in classical black and grey.
Features
The Jeep Avenger EV boasts combined advanced driver assist systems for Level 2* Autonomous Driving capability.
You may access the digital TFT and UconnectTM infotainment system through its 10.25″ digital panel. Additionally, your wireless charging pad allows you to connect and power your smartphone.
Notably, the Avenger took home the coveted title of European Car of The Year 2023 a few weeks ago at the Brussels International Motor Show. In celebration of the award’s 60th anniversary, it is the first US brand to receive the honor.
As for the Jeep Avenger’s full-range model, we must wait for its official launch in June.
