Leading American electric automaker Tesla recorded another significant success involving its enormous Supercharging network. According to the company’s Supercharger-exclusive website, there are now 2,000 operational sites in North America.
Remarkably, that enormous number is sufficient to generate up to 500 million miles a month, aligning with Tesla’s efforts in supporting a more sustainable future.
Tesla further strives to expand its Supercharging network
As part of Tesla’s wider strategy of boosting the necessary charging infrastructures for EV owners, the company is also urging new site hosts for the enormous network.
“Join the largest fast charging network in the world. Ideal hosting sites can support eight or more individual parking stalls and provide a hospitable charging experience with amenities such as restaurants, groceries, shops, restrooms and Wi-Fi. Ongoing site selection is based on market expansion needs, as well as popular routes and destinations.”
