British sports car maker Lotus Cars has finally announced the pricing of the new electric super SUV Eletre in North America as it starts accepting US customer orders on April 16, Tuesday. According to the press release, customer deliveries will kick off as early as the fourth quarter of 2024.
Lotus Opens Eletre’s Order Books in the US
Lotus Cars has officially opened the order books for the Eletre electric hyper-SUV in the US, revealing its base price of a whopping $107,000. The entry-level Eletre comes with a dual-motor all-wheel drive configuration with an output of up to 603 horsepower and 524 pound-feet of torque. It is also standardly equipped with adaptive air suspension and a cutting-edge torque distribution system.
Meanwhile, the more capable Eletre R costs $145,000. It also offers an AWD configuration with a maximum output of 905 hp and 727 lb-ft of torque.
