Tesla now allows its iPhone user customers to control several common tasks through AI assistant Siri with its latest 4.24 iOS software update, Not a Tesla App reported.
New capabilities
Tesla EV owners can now ask Siri to perform basic tasks like opening/closing the car’s trunks or windows. It can also support a voice command to turn the Bioweapon Defense Mode on.
In addition, the shortcut features now allow automation, like integrating multiple commands or even scheduling the activation of those tasks.
Tesla customers can also now customize a panic mode in their EVs. This configuration simultaneously closes the windows, beeps the horn, and flickers lights. It can also automatically warm the car in the morning.
These features significantly aid customers to have a more convenient experience in driving Tesla EVs as it eliminates the need to navigate on the Tesla app.
