Citroen eC3

The Citroen eC3 is the battery-electric counterpart of the automaker’s gas-powered C3 crossover. The new electric hatchback boasts two variants: Live and Feel.

Interestingly, it is expected to compete with Tata’s Tiago EV.

Exterior

In terms of appearance, the new Citroen eC3 looks identical to the C3 crossover. The major difference may be the driver’s side front fender which houses the new charging port. Another difference is that the electric version has white trim bits.

Obviously, the next thing we would notice is the elimination of the tailpipe, which is replaced by an all-electric powertrain.

The French automaker claims that the eC3 has a 0-60 km/h acceleration time of 6.8 seconds. As for the top speed, it boasts a remarkable 107 km/h.

Moreover, its 320 km range is reportedly ARAI-certified. As for the charging, the battery charges in 10.5 hours with a home charger. Meanwhile, a DC fast charger would take only 57 minutes, from 10% to 80%.
