The locations will be accessible in the first half of 2023 to help ship XPENG’s most recent electric vehicles to Norway, the Netherlands, Sweden, and Denmark. Pre-delivery inspections, aftersales, and repairs have been highlighted in each center’s design to enable the best customer experience possible.

Four XPENG Delivery and Service Centers will soon open in Europe to facilitate vehicle deliveries, starting in Q2 this year.#ElectricVehicles #FutureMobility

As part of its commitment to excellence, XPENG will also provide its customers with a comprehensive service agreement (including an eight-year battery warranty), tire storage, and easy access to data about their vehicle—such as requirements, servicing, and history, also the car’s status—via the XPENG app.

We’re establishing our first tier of XPENG Delivery and Service Centers in Europe to help realize our goal of creating a seamless yet unique XPENG customer journey, with customer experience at the heart of our offering

Brian Gu, Vice Chairman and President of XPENG stated on expanding in Europe

The following is the timeframe for the unveiling of the XPENG Delivery and Service Centers:

  • Norway: XPENG’s Service and Delivery Center in Lørenskog will be accessible in February 2023
  • The Netherlands: XPENG’s first Delivery and Service Center in the Netherlands, placed in Badhoevedorp, will be finished in February and open for business in Q2, 2023. This center will also be a training facility for external technicians and XPENG personnel. It also acts as a spare parts hub in Schiphol in collaboration with one of XPENG’s partners, reducing wait times for European customers looking for repairs and replacements.
  • Sweden: The Stäket, Järfälla-based Delivery, and Service Center for Sweden will be finished by April and open in the q2 of 2023.
  • Denmark: Hillerød’s first delivery and service center will open in May 2023.

Over-the-air updates for XPENG vehicles

XPENG vehicles with potential problems will be assessed remotely and solved—if possible—via OTA (over-the-air) updates, helping to shorten overall service waiting lists.

With the help of dedicated partners from each country, XPENG will also begin to open many authorized service locations, giving consumers the exact high standards of service and care they can anticipate from XPENG’s Delivery and Service Centers to provide better coverage in these centers; additional locations will be available across Europe by the end of 2023.

XPENG has also negotiated with OmniCar, Denmark’s mobile car service platform, to provide remote servicing to Danish customers.

XPENG revealed the opening of Brand Experience Stores in Norway, the Netherlands, Sweden, and Denmark in 2022, resulting in approximately 500,000 visitors and over 4,500 test drives for the year.
