Tesla has successfully imported thousands of revamped Model 3 Highlands into the European automotive market, kicking off its initial deliveries across Germany and the Netherlands.
Tesmanian noted that these local markets were the first to secure Tesla Model 3 Highland supplies over other global markets in the electric automaker’s key markets worldwide.
Shipments progress
Tesla enthusiast @LucWaterlot shared on X (former Twitter) that vehicle carrier Neptune Barcelona has finally delivered thousands of Model 3 Highlands to Europe.
The tracker indicated that the vehicle carrier packed with Tesla cars officially docked at the Zeebrugge port in Belgium on October 27, almost a month after setting sail on September 30 from Shanghai port in China.
X user @LucWaterlot further shared some photos of the EVs that have already rolled off the vessel to the parking lot. He also published a photo of a truck transporting cars from the port to delivery hubs.
New features
Tesla initially introduced the revamped Model 3 Highland on September 1 in China and Europe. It presented the new model in two different automotive shows in Beijing and Munich.
Since then, Tesla upgraded the Model 3 Highland’s exterior from aerodynamic features to two new body paints: Stealth Grey and Ultra Red.
Tesla also equipped the new model with enhanced interior sound insulation through the integration of the following features:
- 360-degree acoustic glass
- Improved suspension bushings and seals
- Sound-absorbing material
Moreover, Tesla also improved the Model 3 Highland’s driving range. Its interior also now offers high-quality materials, ambient lighting, an upgraded central display, heated seats, and ventilated front seats.

Tesla’s focus on the European market significantly demonstrates the region’s advancement in the electric vehicle industry. For context, the EV giant previously prioritized the US and Chinese markets for new and revamped electric vehicle model deliveries.
Tesla has already launched the Model 3 Highland’s Base and Long Range variants, while the Performance has yet to be revealed. According to InsideEVs, North American customers must still wait to receive deliveries of the new Tesla Model 3 for an unknown period of time.
