As consumers buy a vehicle, expectations are it is good as advertised. But after the purchase process, some may realize it is not as perfect, or the quality is not what is expected, as per Tesmanian.
Surveys and publications check on the level of satisfaction of vehicle owners, and tracking the number of complaints are one of the best indicators for it.
Tesla dominates the list of Top Models
And so, with the survey done by the Chinese automotive website 1236Auto (via @Moneyball_R) shows that Tesla Model Y and Model 3 are two of the most reliable EVs on the Chinese market. Vehicle owners note that the quality of cars made at Giga Shanghai is the best, as well as the markets where they are supplied.
The survey also included almost 40 models from various manufacturers and used the metric of owner complaints per 10,000 units.
Tesla Model Y topped the list with just 2.2 complaints per 10,000 units sold. Additionally, Model 3 also has one of the fewest complaints, although the model is ranked third along with FAW Hongqi E-QM5.
Apart from topping the list, Tesla Model Y also tops the best-selling SUV in China’s September sales chart.
