Tesla Chief Executive Elon Musk announced plans on Wednesday to launch a live stream for the Full Self-Driving software’s version 12 update on X (former Twitter) by next week.
The announcement was in response to a Tesla fan’s query regarding his plans to live stream the FSD v12 test drive.
“Elon, forget about the house fight for a sec, when are you live streaming FSD Beta V12 on X.”

As you can see on the X post attached below, the Tesla boss replied, “next week,” without elaborating.
Tesla CEO’s previous remarks
Chief Elon Musk initially announced on Monday via X that the FSD v12 test drive will involve a Tesla EV driving to Meta founder Mark Zuckerberg’s house. He said the highly awaited fight between them would happen once Zuckerberg opens up.
“Tesla FSD test, X Livestream test & attempted Zuck fight triple header!!!.”

Fortunately, the childish idea from one of the world’s richest men did not actually occur.
Now, CEO Musk seems to disregard that plan as it aims to pursue the test drive next week. It did not mention anything about his fight with Zuckerberg in his latest response.
In hindsight, he disclosed in late June that Tesla would drop the “beta” on its FSD technology with version 12. It suggests that the automaker is set to reach its target of achieving full autonomy by this year. For context, the beta mode is the company’s indication that the technology is still under testing and development.
