The Franco-Italian automaker plans to introduce its first vehicles built on the new platforms in the upcoming year.

Stellantis’ modular battery packs and electric drive modules will allow the STLA Large platform to achieve an all-electric range of up to 800 kilometers (500 miles) when used with the platform.

Stellantis has stated that more information regarding which STLA Large-based products will be manufactured in Cassino is also where the company’s Alfa Romeo and Maserati automobiles are produced; details will be provided at a later date.
