The Chevrolet Blazer will be offered in a total of four distinct trim levels in 2024: 1LT, 2LT, RS, and SS (not to mention the pursuit-rated Blazer EV PPV).
The model shown in Summit White is most certainly not the more powerful SS, but it is possible that the 2LT and the RS will be the first to be available for purchase this summer.
Pricing (MSRP) in Canada begins at $56,598 for the base model and $61,298 for the AWD model.
190 kW fast-charging capacity
The photograph was taken at a DC fast charging station and depicted the automated charging door at that location.
In the past, Chevrolet has stated that the Blazer EV will be able to achieve a maximum fast-charging capacity of 190 kW. (depending on the model, charging infrastructure, and weather conditions).
This is slightly lower than the Mustang Mach-E but slightly higher than other electric vehicles, such as the Hyundai IONIQ 5 and the Kia EV6. The maximum range is approximately 515 kilometers.
EV incentives are not applicable
The complete specifications and equipment details will be revealed in the coming months.
If the prices that were mentioned above are too high, the entry-level Blazer EV 1LT will be available in the first quarter of 2024 with a starting price of $51,998.
Remember that this does not consider EV incentives offered by the federal government or any provincial government.
Another choice is the all-electric 2024 Chevrolet Equinox, which will have a maximum range of up to 480 kilometers and a starting manufacturer’s suggested retail price in Canada of less than $40,000.
It is expected to go on sale this fall, beginning with a limited-edition version of the 2RS with exceptional paint.
