Stellantis-owned Jeep has finally unveiled its first-ever electric vehicle model, the 2024 Wagoneer S, for the global market.
Jeep officially reveals its inaugural EV offering
Jeep held the 2024 Wagoneer S’ global premiere at an event in downtown Manhattan on Thursday, according to the press release. The automaker used an “S” indicator to distinguish the premium electric SUV from the brand’s existing ICE-powered models.
The new Jeep Wagoneer S Launch Edition is a midsize two-row electric SUV that uses Stellantis’ new “EV-native” STLA-Large architecture.
It will go on sale in Quebec and BC this fall with a base price of $88,995. Its availability will gradually expand to more provinces as production ramps up.
“The launch of the all-electric Jeep Wagoneer S marks a new chapter in the storied history of Jeep brand.”

The Launch Edition also offers a wide range of innovative features, such as follows:

- 19-speaker
- 1,160-watt McIntosh audio system
- interactive screen for the front passenger
- heated and ventilated seating in the front
- rear and a full suite of ADAS, including Active Driving Assist
Inside, it sports a refined cross-metal deco trim applique with a glazed laced pattern.” It has multiple distinctive features, including the following:
- wine red stitching
- an antimicrobial steering-wheel
- electronic door release buttons
- a new cool-touch “black ceramic-coated aluminum with haptic applique” on multiple touch-points
