WiTricity, the global leader in wireless charging for EVs, and FinePowerX, a supplier and total solution leader in smart factory technology, announced an agreement for technology licensing, according to PR Newswire.

FinePowerX to develop products with WiTricity’s magnetic resonance technology

The agreement allows FinePowerX to develop and commercialize products with WiTricity’s patented magnetic resonance technology for personal mobility applications like electric vehicles.

Wireless Charging

Wireless charging is a priority for carmakers as they look to make electrified vehicles more appealing and user-friendly to the mass market and prepare for an autonomous future.
