DC fast charging network Electrify America and South Korean EV brand Genesis will offer three years of 30-minute free “hyper-fast charging” package for the 2023 Genesis Electrified GV70 model owners, per the press release.
Remarkably, owners can easily navigate and locate Electrify America’s charging stations through its mobile app.
“Through our collaborations with leading automakers such as Genesis, we continue to build trust and help advance the electric vehicle revolution through hyper-fast charging experiences for EV drivers. By providing three years of complimentary 30-minute charging sessions to new GV70 owners, we’re taking a step closer to creating an electric transportation future that benefits both drivers and communities across the US.”

Genesis’ currently available EVs have free access to Electrify America chargers
The luxury, all-electric SUV has just rolled off the production line on February 21 at Hyundai’s Alabama plant. Now, the brand announced that the 2023 Genesis Electrified GV70 will be offered complimentary access for first customers at Electrify America charging infrastructures in the US.
Remarkably, the charging network boasts speeds from 150kW to 350kW, which is currently the fastest as of today.
The offer would apparently be effective as soon as the customers purchase the EV. Notably, it is similar to the package offered for its siblings, Genesis GV60 and Genesis Electrified G80.
That said, Genesis’ current EV lineup comes with free, fast charging sessions at Electrify America charging stations.
“As we take this next step into our fully-electrified future with our third EV model, Genesis is pleased to be collaborating with Electrify America to deliver convenient charging solutions to our customers.”
Claudia Marquez, COO of Genesis Motor North America
