The event is the biggest and most popular sustainable energy exhibition in Australia. Over 10,000 people attended it for over two days (October 26-27) at Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre.

The following CATL’s energy storage products took center stage at the event:

· EnerOne outdoor liquid-cooled energy storage electric cabinet

· EnerC containerized liquid-cooled energy storage system

· UPS lithium battery cabinet

· 48100 base station electric box

· Home storage range

EnerOne takes the spotlight

EnerOne was the center of attention at the CATL booth. The company claimed that it met Australian compliance product standards. It had also completed a product compliance review by international design consultancy GHD.

On October 26, #CATL's #EnergyStorage full-scenario solution debuted at All Energy Australia for the first time.

The Chinese battery giant claims that EnerOne has a 280 Ah lithium iron phosphate cell with a 10,000-life cycle. Furthermore, EnerOne is 35% smaller than conventional air-cooled products, with just a 1.69 square meters footprint.

On the other hand, temperature differences are kept to under three degrees Celsius by its liquid cooling system. It is a significant advancement compared to the average industry temperature difference of 5-8 degrees Celsius. CATL asserts that with this process, the battery now has a longer lifespan.

According to The Driven, the event’s purpose was to offer people in the energy transition industry a chance to network. Moreover, it highlights the innovative firms behind Australia’s energy transformation in renewable energy technology.

CATL’s market presence in Australia

As per a press release from CATL, Australia has abundant solar energy resources. That said, the country seeks to advance an energy transition and raise the share of renewable energy output.

CATL has worked on several battery storage projects, including a 250 MWh installation on Torrens Island in Australia. Furthermore, a hospital in New South Wales’ huge rooftop photovoltaic system also had energy storage from CATL.

CATL’s global presence

CATL reported that it had delivered over 100 massive energy storage projects worldwide. That said, the Chinese company dominates the battery industry with its unbeatable market share.

Furthermore, the company’s semiannual report reveals that its energy storage system revenue in the first half of 2022 increased by 171% to RMB 12.7 billion ($1.77 billion).

It is essential to involve leaders in the energy storage sector in initiatives like these to help boost energy transition. Given a chance to network, many businesses had a greater opportunity to succeed and support Australia and the worldwide energy transition.
