Bajaj Auto Ltd started work to establish 300Cr electric vehicle manufacturing facility in Akurdi in Pune. Company planning to produce 5L vehicle for Domestic and International market, the company said in a release. First vehicle will be rolled out from new plant in June 2022. Company planning to hire 800 manpower.
Company had delivered multiple products through state-of-the-art R&D resources. Currently company’s strong R&D force are focusing to deliver world class EV solutions through their passion and dedications.

Company is focusing to lead Domestic and Overseas market through leveraging its hi-tech R&D competencies, efficient engineering competency and world class supply chain and global distribution network.
Company’s new facility co-located with Bajaj Auto’s state-of-the-art R&D centre to enable efficient collaboration with High Tech and cutting edge robotic and automated manufacturing plant to empowered design, development and manufacturing of complete range of EV to lead Global markets.
