World’s most valuable automaker Tesla is now offering significant discounts and incentives of up to $8,500 on some of its electric cars as the second quarter is about to end. These promotional offers are significantly concentrated on in-stock inventory models in local Tesla stores, particularly the Model S and X cars.
Specifically, Tesla discounted the Model S and X cars by an astounding $7,500, which further dropped to $8,500 with the additional $1,000 referral incentive. Apart from that, Tesla is also offering three months of complimentary Full Self-Driving and three years of free Supercharging.
Initially, Tesla only announced a $5k discount for the Model S and X a few weeks ago. Tesla boosted that promotional incentive by $2,500 to $7,500
Model S and X’s nominal prices
It must be noted that the Model S and X’s nominal prices have not changed since May 12, 2023.
Below are the Model S and X prices, excluding DST and order fee (May 12):
Model | Long Range AWD | Plaid |
Tesla Model S | $88,490 | $108,490 |
Tesla Model X | $98,490 | $108,490 |
Remarkably, Tesla allows its customers to decide whether to configure their model version. However, they can also pick among the available configurations on the Tesla stores’ current inventory near them to take advantage of the incentives.
