Lucid Motors has reportedly started recruitment in the world’s largest automotive industry, aiming to penetrate the Chinese market by 2023, as per Top Car News.

Lucid Motors is sourcing people for 14 different positions based in Shanghai.
Notably, a Chinese social media platform recently featured job postings from Lucid Motors for the following roles: hardware engineering, digital information, law, supply chain, logistics management, retail, and other areas.
So far, there have been three job postings related to hardware engineering:

Lucid requires fluency in Chinese and English or at least two years of experience working for domestic firms for almost every position. As the automaker seems to prioritize Chinese EV market localization, it is also hiring for the following positions:

However, the automaker did not specify how many employees were required for each open position in China.
