Some things never change. The 1912 Christmas advertisement from the Electric Vehicle Association of America implied that the cost is reasonable when you consider electric’s long-lasting, pleasant service.
Compared to other types of cars, the price of power and maintenance is significantly lower. As the advertisement says, “Before you buy any car – consider the Electric.”
The electric vehicle setting then and now may have considerable differences: makes, models, interior, exterior, horsepower, torque, and other technicalities. However, how it serves then and now does not diminish and continues to give its purpose – a cost-efficient, environment-friendly, and of kind driving experience.
