Nissan LEAF continues to be recognized as an outstanding vehicle choice in the used car market. This was further elaborated when DrivingElectric awarded the Nissan model as the ‘Best Used Small Electric Car.’
Where most manufacturers are only just bringing their first EVs to market, Nissan has over a decade of electric-car know-how under its belt. The second-generation Leaf is a great family EV, and with so much choice on the second-hand market, there should be something for every budget.

According to the press release by the company, the DrivingElectric Awards recognize the best hybrid and electric cars people can purchase right now. This is the fourth successive year LEAF has been recognized, reiterating its importance in the new and used market.
LEAF was not only Nissan’s first mass market electric vehicle, but it was a pioneer of the industry; it proved that EVs have a place in the market and are key to the future of mobility. LEAF is an incredibly popular choice for both new and used customers, so I am delighted that LEAF has been selected for this award and it continues to be recognized and applauded.

Produced in Britain, LEAF was introduced more than ten years ago and is currently in its third generation. With 605,000 cars sold globally and over 56,000 sold in the UK, it is obvious that LEAF is still relevant and popular.
Notably, LEAF is a popular choice for families and continuously drives the electric vehicle market. In addition, it has a 5-star EURO NCAP rating and up to 239 miles (384 km) of range.
