American automaker Chevrolet officially disclosed Monday that the all-new Blazer EV has started rolling off the production line, with plans to proceed with customer deliveries shortly. Along with the announcement, the GM-owned brand also revealed the model’s final prices and range.
2024 Chevy Blazer EV starts at $57K
In hindsight, parent company General Motors formally introduced the all-new Blazer EV about a year ago. It initially announced plans to offer four variants for the electric SUV, including the 1LT, 2LT, RS, and SS. It will also apparently have a specialized police pursuit vehicle (PPV) edition.
At that time, GM estimated that the 2024 Chevy Blazer EV would have a price range of approximately $45,000 to $70,000 for the highest-end trim.
Now, the final figures for the Blazer EV have been revealed. As you can see in the table below, the 2LT AWD variant is the most affordable choice at $56,715, with an EPA-estimated range of 279 miles. It will further drop to below $50,000 after the federal tax credits of up to $7,500.
The RS AWD is more expensive at $60,215, offering the same range of 279 miles. It is apparently the first model to hit the market this summer.
Meanwhile, the RS RWD variant’s price is slightly higher than its AWD counterpart at $61,790. GM estimates its driving range to hit 320 miles between charges.
2024 Blazer EV trim | MSRP | EPA Range |
2LT AWD | $56,715 | 279 |
RS AWD | $60,215 | 279 |
RS RWD | $61,790 | 320 (GM-est) |
Chevrolet noted that it will start production of the RS RWD and 2LT AWD this fall. Unfortunately, the SS trim’s production is yet to start until spring 2024, indicating a major delay from the initial launch plan this year. Meanwhile, the PPV edition will hit the market in early 2024.
The brand will disclose more information about the model’s drivetrain variants, such as the FWD versions of the RS and 2LT, next year ahead of their official launch.

Chevy also stated plans to deliver the 2024 Blazer EV RS AWD to dealerships this month. Meanwhile, it aims to accept orders for other variants closer to their launch date. The good news for the customer, the model is eligible for the full $7,500 federal tax credit.
